My First Moleskine

So all around the web I’ve been hearing great things about the Moleskine notebooks. I asked for the Moleskine Storyboard Notebook for my birthday. Low and behold, I got one!

Now that I’ve finally got one, I’m afraid to write in it because it’s so pretty – I’m afraid I’ll ruin it by drawing something stupid! I suppose I’ll have to get over my fear eventually and just go at it.

I did put a little design on the cover just to make it stand out from it’s oh-so-black look. I used a Pilot Silver Marker – basically a paint pen. So far it seems to have worked fine, but we’ll see how durable it ends up being.

My Flash project that I mentioned several posts ago is nearing its completion, and I can’t tell you how happy that makes me. I’m happy to announce that it looks good too! I’ll be sure to link it up here when it goes live.

I got one about 4 years ago: carried it around for about 3 months in a backpack, and never felt like I had anything thoughts worthy enough to put into it…
